Upstanding and self-motivated DCSM (Data Center & Service Management) manager and team leader who led a global and multicultural team, but also a monitoring specialist. Ability to resolve complex customer issues resulting in improved customer satisfaction levels. In-depth knowledge of implementing monitoring software (BMC, outils HP, Manage Engine, PRTG) for Banks, Insurances, Telecommunications and Governmental organizations. I am a quick learner with an analytical approach and innovative thinking, that will always find a solution to any given problem. I am willing and able to travel worldwide; I am culturally aware and adapt easily to people groups.
