Duration: 6 months, Option to extend

Location: Germany
Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: Remote working, occasional visit to client location
Position Summary:
Your working area & responsibilities
· Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
· Team-Management
· SLA- and Availability-Management
· Continues improvements and problem solving
· Drive technology domain standardization
· Complete management of McAfee ePO installation
Your skillset
· McAfee (Trellix) Certified Product Specialist ePolicy Orchestrator / Endpoint Security
· Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
· Service Orientation / ITIL certification
· Perseverance
· German and English fluency is mandatory
