Key responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics projects, ensuring successful integration and implementation
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project objectives are met within scope and schedule
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that respects and leverages multicultural differences
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with company standards and policies
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics projects
Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading integration initiatives of Microsoft Dynamics
Certification: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Required skills:
Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Communication and Leadership: Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead teams and engage stakeholders
Multicultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, respecting and integrating diverse perspectives
Language Skills: Fluent in French; proficiency in Luxembourgish and English is an advantage
