WESTPOLE – Billing Engineer
Hello! Today, for our client, a Telecom company in Luxembourg, we are seeking a new Billing Engineer. English is mandatory for this role, French represents a huge advantage.
Your missions
Product Implementation and troubleshooting
Configuration within TEC Billing engine
Validation and quality check
Life-cycle management
Internal provisioning/External application configuration
Adaptation of TEC and Business tools to follow Product roadmap
Modernization of Technical Billing processes
Support Business needs (Financial reporting and simulation, reconciliations, Ad-hoc data extractions…)
About you
SQL (Oracle mainly) to extract data for validation/review
Basic understanding of End-Customer Telco Products and CDR Concepts
Product Implementation and related analysis
Configuration within TEC Billing engines
Validation and quality checks
internal provisioning / external application configuration & design
Support Business needs (Financial reporting and simulation, reconciliations, Ad-hoc data extractions…)
life-cycle management
adaptation of TEC and Business tools to follow Product roadmap
modernization of Technical Billing processes
