Smarteo recherche pour un de ses clients, un Change Manager Middle (3-5 ) sur Lyon·

· Contexte de la mission·

· Multi projects related to the Employee Expérience Center / infra topics (Harmonization of O365 in the US, Citrix Obsolescence, …).·

· ·

· Objectifs et livrables·

· ·

· Primary Purpose and Overall Objective:·

· ·

· In autonomy or within a change team : Define, Plan and implement the change strategy in coordination with project management team·

· ·

· Accountabilities / Deliverables:·

· ·

· Propose strategies to facilitate the adoption of changes required by transformations/projects, using client methodology and tools.·

· ·

· Define change management plans using the levers proposed by the client methodology: impact analysis, communication, mobilization and training, managerial alignment, organization and process a·

· lignment, post-project transfer, creation of the change network.·

· ·

· Design and produce attractive communications and measure their effectiveness.·

· ·

· Identify prerequisites, document needs and support the design and production of innovative training programs to ensure user readiness.·

· ·

· Ensure stakeholder alignment and consistency between plans defined by different projects and impacting the same populations.·

· ·

· Support the definition of target organizations, roles and responsibilities in coordination with HR.·

· ·

· Support the definition of target business processes.·

· ·

· Anticipate the definition of target governance and administration arrangements.·

· ·

· Measure the effectiveness of change management actions and adoption·

· ·

· Contribute to increasing the maturity of the project teams on change management.·

· ·

· Ensure consistency between plans defined for various projects impacting the same populations.·

· ·

· Actively contribute to client change management community by sharing experiences & lessons learned.·

· ·

· ·

· ·

· Skills and qualifications·

· ·

· 3 to 5 years of experience in the role.·

· ·

· Curiosity & ability to quickly learn about business issues·

· ·

· Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, client orientation·

· ·

· Autonomy, team spirit, excellent listening & communication skills, written & visual and verbal·

· ·

· Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and operational tools (for communication and training ex. : video editing, sharepoint, easygenerator/articulate, etc)·

· ·

· Experience in international projects implementations·

· ·

· ·
