Test Engineer E-Bike – Stuttgart – 12 Month

My client, based in Stuttgart, who supply electronics to the Automotive and E-Mobility sector, are looking for a Test Engineer to come onboard for a 12-month project.

Your Task:

• Analysis of demands and creation of test specification to verify the functional features and requirements
• Development, creation, and maintenance of test plans to verify HW and SW requirements from customer view
• Development, installation, and maintenance of test environment
• Bring in your own experience – what is important for you as a rider of an e-bike?
• Execution of manual and automated system tests on test bench, laboratory, and e-bike during test drives, to verify the grade of maturity of e-bike components.
• Performance of tests for qualification, and support of development (regression-, failure reproduction).
• Creation of failure reports and communication of the results to the project team
• Failure analysis and verification of fixes.

Your profile:

• Successfully Completed degree of electrotechnics, informatics, automotive engineering, or similar education (automotive-, electronical technician).
• Knowledge of bike technics, automotive electronics, and system validation in automotive environment are beneficial.
• Experience in testing, ideally qualification as certified tester ISTQB (foundation level).
