Technical Writer with IT Background
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for documenting and communicating critical information about our ICT Infrastructure. This will be the foundation for Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and the development of our Business Continuity Strategy.
Responsabilities:
Produce high-quality documentation.
Collaborate with the adequate teams to integrate updates and ensure accuracy.
Assist in the ongoing revision of the Critical ICT Infrastructure business continuity reports.
Document and report on the impacts and risks associated with these infrastructures.
Communicate priorities based on the analysis.
Assist in planning and executing Business Continuity exercises.
Document outcomes and recommend improvements based on exercise results following inputs from technical teams.
Write easy-to-use user interface text or content.
Technical skills:
Experience in writing detailed reports and documentation.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and orientation towards quality of service.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in IT and or ability to take business perspective into account is also accepted.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good reasoning and communication.
Basic understanding of ICT infrastructure is a plus but not required.
