Technical Lead Specialist
Your mission :
As a Technical Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of IBM ACE and IBM MQ platforms throughout the development lifecycle. Your role will cover operational aspects such as monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades, while also focusing on process improvements and automation.
Your responsibilities :
✅ Analyze integration needs, system requirements, and interfaces.
✅ Design, develop, test, and deploy message flows on IBM AppConnect Enterprise (ACE).
✅ Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of production issues.
✅ Document integration solutions, configurations, and deployment procedures.
✅ Provide support and maintenance for IBM ACE on Linux OS and IBM MQ.
✅ Monitor system health, performance, and proactively identify issues.
✅ Automate manual processes using Ansible and Azure DevOps pipelines.
✅ Participate in failover and disaster recovery tests.

Technical expertise in :
✔ IBM AppConnect Enterprise (ACE) & IBM MQ
✔ Data transformation using XSLT, eSQL
✔ Integration protocols and standards: MQ, SFTP, SOAP, REST
✔ Programming languages: Java, Python, C#
✔ Security: OAUTH, WS-Security, certificate-based authentication
✔ SQL & troubleshooting tools: Bash, Python, SOAP UI, Postman
✔ DevOps tools: Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, Splunk, ELK
Key competencies :
✔ Designing and developing integration interfaces on IBM ACE & IBM MQ
✔ Managing SWIFT messages within application flows
✔ Administering and troubleshooting IBM ACE & IBM MQ
✔ Automating and monitoring logs using Splunk, ELK, or similar tools
