Technical Business Analyst

Description de la mission

Support the Lead BA across all analysis and documentation for a complex workstream
Own analysis to understand business problems, evaluate ideas, and identify needs
Facilitate collaboration across project teams as a natural facilitator and decision-maker
Identify emerging issues, potential causes, and key partners
Provide analytical advice, recommendations, and judgement
Adapt and apply new skills as needed
You must have:
Solid working knowledge of BA methodologies and techniques
Requirements elicitation, analysis, and management skills
Ability to see the bigger picture and analyze data
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships
Process modeling and documentation abilities
An analytical approach focused on problem solving
Desirable:
Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
Infrastructure or technology change experience
Understanding of Back-ups/Recovery
