System and network engineer – Windows background M/F
We are you looking forward to take a new role as a System and network engineer – Windows background.
You join a national group located in Luxembourg. You are in charge of the System and Network Engineering for the company. This innovative company is looking for someone who already has a good background in system engineering.
Your Responsibilities
You contribute to the team’s ongoing improvement and transformation of the infrastructure environment.
You take an active part in both internal and external projects for the company.
You improve infrastructure availability through proactive server maintenance, log checks, and monitoring enhancements.
You administer and support our systems, as well as the underlying applications and services, on an ongoing basis.
You oversee the preparation of documentations and processes, including server deployment and upgrading.
You carry out continuous server update and patching, including validation and follow-up.
You take part of the process improvement.
You participate in our ERP upgrade project.
Your Profile
A minimum of 5 years experience working in the same role.
You master the majority of these tools: Microsoft Windows Server, AD, DNS, GPO, Exchange, VMWare, Scripting, MS SQL Server, Router, Network Security and VPN
You must be fluent in English. Master German, Luxemburgish, or French are a strong asset.
You are a polyvalent, autonomous and a good communicator.
