Job Description
Morgan McKinley are excited to collaborate with a leading Tech company for a Survey Operations Analyst role based in London!!

Key job responsibilities
Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
Customer Obsession – Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies

About the team

The Global Research Operations team:
Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data

Basic qualifications
1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications
Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
Understanding of basic statistics
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
