Job Descriptions:
– Acts as a safeguard of the local business, ensuring an ontime delivery of the project to agreed upon specifications, while securing no business disruptions
– Works closely with local stakeholders throughout all phases of the project, collecting all key points and local business specificities, challenging teams to specify rationales for these.
– Manages local resource capacity to ensure healthy work load of teams, monitoring holidays, work progress, team sentiment… in alignment to project timelines, raising when needed
– Communicates clearly and sharply to local leadership, delivering succinct overview of project progress and key attention points, making leadership aware of key points that require attention, arbitration or escalation
– Collaborates with Corporate Business transformation Project manger and IT project manager to manage local and global stakeholders within a matrix organziation, driving consensus and agreement on scope, design, project timeline and execution
– Coordinates and orchestrates key meetings, managing the objective of all sessions and ensures clear follow ups with timing and ownership
– Maintains and owns open point and risk log, chasing identified responsible to close all points
– Takes on the role of stream lead for UAT & Training phases, working with all functional stakeholders to secure material and deliverables
– Acts as a change agent during the project, to challenge local teams to adopt new ways of working in alignment with BD&T team and change framework
Requirements:
– 10+ working experience, with experience in Retail and/or supply chain operations, experience in managing IT or SAP projects is an asset
– Experience in process design and digital transformation
– Proven track record in project management within an international context, to monitor, and successfully complete complex projects on time
– Can operate effectively, to deliver commitments within imposed project frameworks
– Easily build and maintains working relations with cross functional teams
– Navigates stakeholders and has a “conflict resolution” attitude
– Effectively communicates and collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Combines a hands-on mentality with a strategic long term outlook
? Business partner mindset with a critical mindset, weighing different scenarios with factual pros and cons of each
Required Skills:

? Well structured and organized, to manage high levels of complexity and multiple stakeholders
? Agile, able to work in a dynamic environment.

? Fluent in English and German
