Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our client in the Energy industry, we are looking for a SAP Accounting Domain Solution Leadership mission as part of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA.

Missions:
Management: lead and manage the general design, detailed design and build of the overall SAP Accounting Solution implementation (core model + localization gaps)
Team Coordination: coordinate a functional team of ~30 people for seamless activity execution
Reporting: provide and present visibility about the progress and indicators to the management and the client
Scope : define scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks
Client Engagement: establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction
Collaboration: work collaboratively with solution architects, technical consultants and the ecosystem

Technical environment:
SAP strong expertise: mandatory on subdomains FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA / facultative on SD and JVA
Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate your Team
A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions
A collaborative spirit & client-oriented attitude with focus on delivering quality
A professional working proficiency in English – French is a plus

Location: 3 days/week on site in Paris and 2 days/week Remote
