Job Description

We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a Service Analyst to join Group Tech on a 6 month fixed-term contract, in either Cardiff, Hove or London!

You’ll support the team through maintaining the demand plan, workforce forecasting and transition of projects into a live status. In addition to this you’ll ensure Service Readiness governance checks are completed with satisfactory evidence and approvals are obtained prior to any deployment into production.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting in the creation of a pipeline of demand across the Group to ensure they are captured by the Service Transition process
Supporting the Service Transition Management process and resources, assisting in the leading of the review meetings and assisting stakeholders, ensuring issues and actions are captured and distributed to stakeholders
Ensuring the Release Calendar is maintained
Assisting in producing Monthly Reporting packs
Monitoring, maintaining and consistently reviewing all projects transitioning through the Service Readiness Process, ensuring that the high standards of governance are met
Actively promoting Service Transition within the Group and leading awareness and training sessions
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:
Knowledge of best practice IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
Good experience in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues (technical and non-technical)
Experience of supporting production IT services using the ITIL framework
You’ll also have a knack for problem solving
ITIL qualification would be a huge plus!
