Senior Multi-Cloud Advisor
At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multi-Cloud Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud environments, providing strategic and technical expertise in multi-cloud solutions, with a focus on AWS, Azure, and OpenStack.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain AWS and Azure Landing Zones, ensuring security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Align the Landing Zones while guaranteeing high-quality deliverables and adherence to security best practices.
Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to assist cloud account owners in enhancing security and compliance within their Public Cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership on application administration, security, and infrastructure optimization.
Coordinate security controls, monitoring tasks, and infrastructure changes with the relevant teams.
Continuously improve cloud security posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Advise Programme Managers on technical opportunities, proof of concepts, and prototyping of cloud-native solutions.
Support the integration of AWS and Azure Landing Zones with identity management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management systems.
Contribute to discussions on Cloud Security Control Baseline (CSCB) and the implementation of security controls.
Lead and coordinate the testing and validation of new Landing Zone features developed by the MSP.
Engage with cloud account owners to ensure awareness of changes, their impact, and security improvements.
Validate the MSP’s release plans and communication strategies, ensuring smooth deployment of new releases while safeguarding business continuity.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (studies and professional experience cannot overlap).
Experience: At least 12 years of proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing large-scale cloud environments, including:
At least 9 years of experience with AWS
At least 3 years of experience with Azure
At least 3 years of experience with OpenStack
Strong expertise in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level in both languages).
Proven track record in cloud architecture, governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in large-scale organizations is a plus.
