Missions
Participate in building our engineering excellence culture by mentoring our team to make the existing front-end application best-in-class, as measured by its maintainability, ease of new page delivery, and performance.
An essential part is migrating from Create React App to a modern React-based framework.
Take part in the roadmap definition every quarter.
Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and internal stakeholders to define specs that best suit our non-profit customers’ needs and write excellent code that implements validated technical solutions to product requests.
