Senior GLPI technical consultant (H/F)
About the Company
For one of our clients, a well-established organisation based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced GLPI Technical Consultant to support a short-term project involving the implementation and optimisation of IT service management processes.
GLPI Technical Consultant
Luxembourg – On-site
Duration: 2 months
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of the technical implementation and configuration of the GLPI solution, including
Designing and implementing a service catalogue
Configuring and optimising workflows and automation processes
Integrating GLPI with existing internal systems and tools
Supporting the structuring and improvement of IT service management processes
Ensuring efficient coordination between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Providing technical guidance on automation best practices and implementation
Your Profile
Proven experience with GLPI administration and implementation
Strong technical background in ITSM tools and processes
Hands-on experience with:
Workflow design and automation
System integration
Service catalogue configuration
Good understanding of automation practices and process optimisation
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Language
* Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
