Location: Luxembourg (office presence ~3 days/week)
Duration: 10 months (daily rate fixed for 24 months including renewals)
Start Date: March 2026
About the Role
Join a dynamic IT Legal & Compliance team that drives regulatory excellence and innovation. You will play a key role in supporting business lines to meet evolving regulatory requirements while helping automate and simplify daily processes. Your work will directly impact critical regulatory reporting such as Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, and ExPost.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring timely implementation of requirements, supporting compliance activities, and bringing your expertise to optimize processes across teams.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business lines to implement regulatory requirements.
Analyze requests and ensure regulatory obligations are met on time.
Support Compliance teams in their activities and projects.
Provide expertise and guidance to improve processes across the organization.

Business & Compliance Knowledge:
Regulatory reporting & compliance (Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, ExPost)
AML Compliance
Asset Management domain knowledge

Strong time management & resilience under pressure
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation
Languages: French & English
Experience Level: Senior (4-7 years)
