Senior Full Stack Developer

London Hybrid 2/3 days a week

11 months

£820 per day Inside IR35

Morgan McKinley is working with a leading bank, who is seeking a Full Stack Developer. As the Full Stack Developer, you will work to rebuild alert disposition platform used across multiple businesses. You will have a broad knowledge of different web programming languages, design patterns and architecture principles, you will take on a hands-on role and participate in design and development various web components.

This will be working on modern technology. 80% Front-end 20% Back-end.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide technical solutions to solve a variety of complex and interdependent processes.
Build and maintain the platform ensuring timely delivery of work items across the multiple initiatives/components.
Develop secure high quality production code and review and debug code written by fellow developers.
Evaluate and perform POCs on new strategic technical products and applications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, tools and methodologies to improve products and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
React is essential.
You have excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and other related technologies.
Knowledge around REST API and microservice architecture.
You have very high development standards, especially for code quality, code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
You have proven capability to interact with clients and deliver results, taking ideas to production.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
You have experience working in a high pace environment.
You have an appetite for taking on challenges and leveraging new technologies.
