Senior Content Designer / UX Writer – 6+ Month Contract – Zurich

We are currently working with a market leading platform in their search for a Freelance Content Designer.

Responsibilities:

* Advocate for user needs through UX writing for multiple channels.
* Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to ensure quality and usability.
* Utilise data and research insights to inform further decisions.
* Maintain consistency in tone and style across products.
* Provide constructive feedback in product reviews alongside stakeholders to align on wider goals.
* Collaboration with the Product Manager for the strategy.

Your experience:

* 4+ years experience with UX writing.
* Cross channel content writing skills.
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with researchers, product teams and stakeholders.
* Microcopy / Localisation skills to assist on additional topics.
* Holistic contribution as well as strategy mindset.

Ideally you would bring industry experience from the likes of eCommerce, design agencies or large scale digital business’.

* Location: Zurich & Home Office, with occasional office visits
* Workload: 3 days per week / 60%
* Languages: English Fluent
* Start: June 2024
* Rate: Negotiable
