Senior Business Analyst- Trade Migration
London (Hybrid) x2 Days On Site

emagine is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a Trade Migration project with a tier 1 investment bank client. This role involves analyzing and documenting the migration of 10,000 trades to manage risk across portfolios using Murex systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and trade migrations, with a focus on detailed analysis and senior stakeholder management.
Develop run books for two key migration phases:
Non-ring-fenced bank (Investment Banking)
Ring-fenced bank (Retail Banking)
Ensure thorough analysis and documentation of trades during the migration process
Coordination and Testing:
Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Risk, and IT departments
Oversee testing environments and coordinate efforts
Migration Execution:
Support the go-live production and migration phases
Focus on delivery with a proactive and analytical approach
Engage in strong senior stakeholder management, operating just below director level
Desired Skills
Investment Banking (IB) experience
Familiarity with Murex migrations
Strong coordination and implementation planning
Ability to manage finance, risk, treasury, and IT aspects
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Capable of managing elements of risk associated with the project
Experience with simple product sets, such as loans
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to play a critical role in a migration project within a prestigious investment bank.
