McCabe & Barton is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of our client who is a global leader in the Global Mobility and Relocation industry.
Character and attitude are key to this role. We need a strong, passionate, energetic individual, with exceptional juggling, analysis, inter-personal and documentation skills to work in a fluid and challenging environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience of Agile tools/methodology and the Salesforce eco-system.
Extensive experience working with Salesforce projects in a BA role is a must to be a good fit for the position.
Experience required:

Ability to manage a small team of BAs.
Review current BA experience and skills, mentor, and train Junior BAs to coach them to progress their skills.
Project sizing and estimate resource and timeline.
Ability to see a project through its lifecycle to production.
Ability to review the current BA function, identify improvements and implement them.
Identify operational improvements in their BA team and its capability.
Extensive experience working with Salesforce in a BA role.
Strong requirements gathering experience across organisational boundaries and converting these requirements into User Stories.
Experience working with different levels in the organization.
Creation of user experience journeys and capability mapping.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative, team player who believes in creating strong internal dynamics.
Business requirements gathering.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous deployment models
The ability to manage multiple small projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem solving and support skills.
Required skills & knowledge:
Provide technical solutions to business obstacles.
Team management: mentor and train Junior BAs.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and cater to their needs.
Improve the business efficiency through streamlined Salesforce implementation.
Effectively communicate and document business and IT information in line with agreed processes and procedures.
Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
Possesses an extensive knowledge of technology and business operations from more than one business sector and understands the significance of fiscal constraints.
Able to recognise potential assignments outside own areas of specialisation and apply appropriate technology related expertise as necessary.
Develop, define, and build technology bias business cases that will enable business and technology change.
Implement workflow across the organisation.
Recommend technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards.
To be effective in this role, you will need to have an aptitude for technology and a willingness to engage with people to bridge the gaps between the business, IT and users.
Experience of dealing with continuous deployment methodologies and the challenges, relating to change, that this brings to the user community and how to address these issues.
Accreditation in and practical experience of deploying a ITIL service management framework and understanding of project management standards (e.g., Agile, PRINCE) would be advantageous.
This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract (potential to go perm) with a salary of circa £75,000. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
