Senior Analyst & Developer Office 365 (M/F)

? Location: Belgium
? Languages: French and/or Dutch (English is a plus)
Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Office 365 suite.
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions leveraging Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, etc.
Ensure seamless integration of Office 365 services with other business applications and systems.
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of existing Office 365 solutions.
Offer expert advice on best practices, governance, and security policies related to Office 365.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft ecosystem developments and proactively recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven senior-level experience in analysis, development, and implementation within Microsoft Office 365 environments.
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 tools and services: SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD.
Strong understanding of integration, security, and governance best practices for Office 365.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Fluency in French and/or Dutch; English proficiency is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
