SAP Solution Architekt m w d SAP MyTimeSheet Zeiterfassung – Essen und Remote

Description de la mission

Für unseren Kunden aus dem Energiesektor in Essen suchen wir ab Oktober oder November erfahrene Unterstützung als SAP Solution Architekt (m/w/d). Die Tätigkeit erfolgt vor Ort und Remote nach Absprache und Verfügbarkeit.

Aufgaben:
The responsibilities of the Solution Architect Manager in the Development of the SAP « MyTimeSheet » Application:

1. Implementation Strategy and Planning
• Requirement Gathering: Reviewing business requirements and functional specifications to ensure the application meets user needs.
• Architectural Design: Designing the integration points within the SAP ecosystem, selecting the technology stack, and planning data models.
• Implementation Roadmap: Creating a project plan for development timelines, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
2. Technical Design and Architecture Supervision
• System Integration Design: Planning integrations of the SAP system with other modules and external systems (e.g., HR, Payroll).
• Data Modelling: Structuring data models and tables to store and process timesheet data.
• Technology Decisions: Choosing the appropriate technology solutions for frontend (e.g., Fiori) and backend (e.g., ABAP) development.
3. Development and Implementation Coordination
• Managing Development Teams: Coordinating development teams, distributing workload, and ensuring adherence to technical guidelines.
• Code Quality Assurance: Overseeing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with coding standards throughout the development process.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Solving architectural or technical issues that may arise during development.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
• Integration Testing: Testing the application within the SAP environment and verifying integration with other systems.
• Performance Optimization: Identifying and addressing performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Bug Fixing: Resolving any issues identified during the development and testing phases.
5. Business and Technical Communication
• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and the development team.
• Documentation: Properly documenting architecture, processes, and technical decisions.
• Feasibility Studies: Preparing technical and business analyses for feasibility and minimizing potential risks.
6. Deployment and Support
• Deployment Planning: Creating a strategy for transitioning to the live environment.
• Support and Follow-up: Providing post-go-live support to users, collecting feedback, and planning future enhancements.

Anforderungen:
– Langjährige Erfahrung als Solution Architekt / Architekt oder Technischer Projektleiter im Bereich SAP HCM
– Erfahrung mit SAP MyTimeSheet oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
– Erfahrung SAP Success Factors kann von Vorteil sein
– Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
– Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
