Main job purpose

We are looking for an IT project manager with experience including SAP in the production environment.

Duties and essential job responsibilities

Facilitating work stream planning by coordinating efforts across all sub-projects and the newly formed local organization.

Integrating work stream planning seamlessly into a comprehensive, detailed project plan that encompasses all project components.

Ensuring effective reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, and the steering committee, providing regular updates on project progress and status.

Maintaining and updating the masterplan to reflect any changes or adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Identifying and closely tracking major deliverables, tasks, and dependencies, while overseeing all relevant functions to maintain project control.

Offering vital support to the project management team in their day-to-day operations.

Serving as the representative of the project management function within the organization, bridging communication and coordination between different teams and stakeholders. »

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project deliveries.

Proven expertise in managing greenfield end-to-end projects, particularly in the IT domain.

Experience in overseeing IT infrastructure projects, showcasing a deep understanding of technology implementation.

Proficiency in orchestrating SAP cut-over activities in a production environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Strong capability to effectively coordinate projects with intricate substructures and manage their interfaces, catering to diverse levels of team experience and expertise.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless communication in an international work environment.

Balanced split between remote and on-site work is 50%

On-site presence is expected in Switzerland and Serbia
