Description de la mission

Profile needed:

As an SAP Procurement / Ariba Consultant, your mission is to ensure seamless coordination and integration between the Core Model/Global Team and the local team to address any reported gaps in the procurement process. Operating within a dynamic environment, your expertise as a consultant becomes pivotal in navigating the complexities of aligning global standards with local requirements, ensuring that the procurement system not only meets the overarching organizational objectives but also caters to the specific needs of each operational unit.

Tasks:

You will coordinate between Core Model / Global Team and local team on reported gaps
Local instruction of gaps for design authority decision
o UAT :
Prepare UAT strategy
Coordinate local UAT preparation & readiness
Help client define end-to-end business scenarios
Help client define UAT sign-off criteria
o Deploy :
Perform Business cut-over
Assistance and helping verifying the deployment readiness
Assistance of client in verifying the organization, roles and support model readiness
o Data and content creation:
Identify early the magnitude of data to be tackled (sources, tables, …)
Provide decision criteria on data strategy locally, yet based on central guidelines (Prioritization, rules, migration strategy…)
Localize procurement catalogs within central guideline

Languages: Français / Anglais obligatoires
Localisation: 3 jours de présence sur site / semaine minimum
