Job description
We are looking for an SAP PP Functional Support Engineer, speaking English & French.
Your main responsibilities:
Supporting the design and deliver functionalities in production planning and execution area (PP) on global scale
Full time dedicated to the new S4 Hana implementation supporting the local teams acting as an interface between all internal departments and the external functional consultants
Active participation to internal change management processes
Monitor and challenge the SAP/S4 Hana implementation for all PP Business Processes
Help to ensure continuous improvement for our systems
Identify, extract, and share functional knowledge assets from S4/Hana with our internal stakeholders
Collaborate during all project phases with Master Data, Finance and Technical IT Departments
Cooperate into the post go-live support in related functional area.
Support UAT including test scenarios preparation and executions.
Work on Documentation; user manuals, training materials, system configuration documents and other technical reports
Your profile:
At least 5 years of experience with an ERP production planning module (such as SAP PP)
Bachelor’s Degree. Computer degree or equivalent professional experience
English & French German will be considered as an advantage
Experience in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP solutions
Deep knowledge of Manufacturing processes, best practices, and possibilities to implement them in complex ERPs, preferably in SAP systems
Capability to fully understand user requirements and translate in technical specification
Experience in configuring, testing, and supporting large scale ERP systems, preferably SAP solutions
Very good analytical skills to detect process issues and margin of improvements
Capacity to perform in a multicultural environment
Be open minded, proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and curious,
Customer facing skills & stress resistant
