SAP HR Consultant
Location: Luxembourg (Client Project)

Duration: Project will last 3 months approx
Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant to join our team for a client project based in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR business processes, managing the RFP for the replacement of the current SAP HR system, and suggesting solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes related to human resources management and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of an RFP, including requirement definition, proposal evaluation, and vendor selection.
Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent discipline.
Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as an SAP Analyst with a focus on the HR module.
Experience in business process analysis and RFP management.
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
French (nice to have).
