Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our project, we are looking for a SAP BI Architecture mission.

Part of a large S4 financial transformation program, the SAP BI/Data Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using mainly SAP Hana Cloud, SAC. The role involves leading BI strategy development, managing data modeling, reporting, and analytics tools, and ensuring the scalability and performance of SAP BI environments.

Missions:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Design and implement SAP BI solutions to meet business requirements and improve decision-making processes
Develop data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions using SAP Hana Cloud & SAC BW & S4 Hana and other relevant BI tools
System Integration:
Ensure seamless integration between SAP BI solutions and other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.), as well as non-SAP systems
Lead ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like SAP Data Services to integrate and cleanse data from multiple sources S4 plus Oracle ERP
Performance Tuning:
Optimize SAP BI systems for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing and reporting of large datasets
Conduct regular performance reviews and apply necessary adjustments to maintain optimal system performance
Reporting & Analytics:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements
Design user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools to deliver actionable insights
Project Management & Leadership:
Lead BI projects, from initial requirements gathering to system deployment and post-implementation support
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, to ensure the successful delivery of BI solutions
Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for SAP BI systems, resolving issues and ensuring data accuracy
Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and business processes related to SAP BI

Technical environment:
7+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW, SAP HANA and related SAP analytics tools
Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA modeling, and data warehousing concepts
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, or other SAP reporting tools
Proficiency in ETL processes, data migration, and integration of data from multiple sources
Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA systems and their integration with BI solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proven experience leading SAP BI projects and managing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SAC and/or HANA certification
Experience with Agile project management methodologies
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent understanding of business processes and how to translate them into technical requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Fluent English is a must

Location: 2 days/week onsite in Issy-les-Moulineaux and 3 days/week Remote
