REMOTE Two Data Engineers

Description de la mission

We are currently looking for two Data Engineers to join an exciting new project on capacity management. We plan to conceptualize, develop, maintain and renew applications for the management-oriented visualization of parameters. The idea is to control construction planning with higher efficiency. The goal of this project is to create a data platform as a basis for various existing applications and use cases that will be specified to control usage. It is crucial to consider infrastructure, driving style, and building as well as take in mind different scenarios.
You will build and further develop the central data platform for capacity management, and migrate ETL routes/data pipelines from existing applications. Additionally, you will have to connect, process, and check the quality of the data, while developing a scalable cloud-native AWS data architecture. Further tasks would be to connect new data sources and interfaces with modern AWS ETL or data flow tools. You will have to make sure data quality is high through automated test procedures, as well as to follow the given compliance and security policies.

Project details:

• Starting period: 15.03.2023
• Ending period: 12.31.2023 (possible extension)
• Full-time: 5 days/week
• Location: Remote/ Frankfurt (10%)
• Languages: German

Experience:

• Git, creation, and operation of CI/CD pipelines in the DevOps environment
• ETL-related programming languages and technologies such as SQL, Python, Scala, Spark and the associated AWS stack (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, RDS, StepFunctions etc.)
• Databases and interfaces
• Development as a software engineer
• Operationalization of ML models
• SAFe/Scrum
