Regulatory Exams Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact for the wider business within the EMEA region
Partner with internal departments globally to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks in the cryptocurrency space
Stay current on the ever-evolving regulatory landscape in the EMEA region
Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures for managing regulatory examinations
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all regulatory exam activities across the EMEA region
Train and coach colleagues on compliance procedures
Key Requirements:
Strong experience working within the regulatory landscape
Experience writing in a multi-jurisdictional role (across EMEA)
Has previously worked with the regulators ideally in FCA, PRA, BaFin, CBI
Available to start within 1 month
