Project Support Services
At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we are seeking a Project Support Officer to assist in the management and execution of IT projects within a dynamic and structured environment.
Responsibilities :
Project Coordination & Support
Assist Project Managers in project implementation.
Participate in meetings, take notes, and draft meeting minutes.
Maintain and manage project documentation with strict version control.
Act as a liaison with internal teams as required.
Contribute to the creation of training materials and project guidelines.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Generate reports using Excel, EBA, and ServiceNow.
Update project scorecards and performance tracking indicators.
Prepare monthly project health reports.
Procurement & Financial Tracking
Create and track Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure financial consistency between project plans and budgets.
Maintain an up-to-date contract registry and follow up on deliveries.
ServiceNow & Quality Control
Perform recurring quality checks on project plans.
Load project resources and update financial data as needed.
Your Profile :
Experience in project coordination or administrative project support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, EBA, and ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to manage documentation, track procurement, and support reporting.
Security clearance eligibility is required.
