Project Manager GO2 Build

Description de la mission

We are searching for a Project Manager GO2 Build for our client which supplies industrial gases and services. 

GO2 Project consists in the relocation of industrial gas filling plant equipment and major reorganization of the existing site. The works consist mainly in the constructuion of new buildings, the complete re-organization of the site roadways, access and internal circulations, the moving and installation of process equipment and the commissioning of new cylinder filing process equipment. As a part of this project, we are looking for the GO2 Project Build Project Manager for execution phase, 

As part of the GO2 project Core teal, reporting to the Project Director, the GO2 Build Project Manager will 1. Supervise the execution of the Civil Works Contract 2. Supervise the execution of the Industrial Gas Filling process engineering, procurement and installation 3. Prepare, manage and coordinate the interfaces between the civil works and the process to be installed in the buildings 4. Prepare the submission files for and obtain the Construction and Operations permit approvals 

The project manager is responsible for the Safe Implementation of the project, Strict budget control, Schedule and Compliance of the delivered plant. The works are performed in a Browfield environment, in a plant in operation. 

Civil Works Ordr

Directly manages and supports the GO2 Construction site Manager

Plans, communicates and coordinates the interactions between Construction activities and the ALD operations 

Analyses and controls the change request with the support of the contract administrator

Controls and manages the budget, the schedule

Supervises the progress of the EIM Filling Process Engineering works, order placement and execution

Coordinates the interfaces between EIM Filing process activities and the construction 

Insure Excellence in Construction and compliance 

Trancs and obtains the permits 

Participates to the Risk analysis, mitigation plan and sets up mitigation actions 

Manages the SiGeKo contract and activity

Assesses the Contractor Safety qualifation and takes part in the Contractor selection 

Skills : Project Management tools, General knowledge of mechanical
