Ihre Aufgaben:
• Anning and execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, oversee all project phases incl. initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Successful delivery of a project in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, customer satisfaction and project team satisfaction
• Take ownership by providing technical leadership and guidance to the project team, achieving results, providing appropriate support to the teams, involving program managers as required
• Ensure that the detailed plans for each phase, incl. the workshops schedules during High Level Design phase, as well as the Master Project Plan are in place working in conjunction with the Leads, Solution and Technical Architects
• Monitor and control the approach and mechanism to capture risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring the adherence to the process by project members
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate communication between technical teams, business units and external vendors
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support and motivation, ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines
• Continuous improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and SAP advancements, particularly in SAP Public Cloud to continually improve project delivery processes

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Profound working experience
• Proven experience in leading SAP projects (at least 2 implementations end to end)
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work with multicultural teams across matrix organizations
• Very good knowledge ofEenglish, German and Swedish language skills would be an added advantage
