Project Manager – Cronos Europa
Are you an experienced Project Manager eager to lead cutting-edge projects in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Agile Java development, Kafka, and Oracle to oversee multiple high-impact initiatives.
Responsabilities:
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams (20+ members) including BAs, testers, and developers.
Oversee 3-4 concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Work within an Agile framework, leveraging best practices in software development and project governance.
Utilize tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Aris (BPMN), and Amazon Workstations to streamline project execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the EU Institution environment
Technical skills:
Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology.
Experience: Around 5 years as a Project Manager, with hands-on exposure to Agile Java development, Kafka, and Oracle.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
Agility: Ability to navigate complex IT environments and drive continuous improvement.
