Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the definition, coordination, and execution of AI projects.
Responsabilities:
Define and oversee the AI program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Manage AI program artefacts, including the program charter, schedule, deliverables, risks, and change log.
Assist leaders in the implementation of AI program activities.
Identify necessary services to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordination and review of activities deliverables and reports.
Support to services and activities on Data and Innovation in the sector
Reporting to relevant structures.
Technical skills:
Proficient in Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
Skilled in business and technical presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Effective communication and participation in technical meetings
Self-motivated with strong time management and issue escalation abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-focused approach
Team-oriented with leadership capabilities, even under pressure
Profile :
Bachelor or Master degree in IT or related field
5+ years in project planning, coordination, and agile processes
Expertise in CRM practices and tools
Skilled in stakeholder mapping and adoption dashboards
Experience in program/project methodologies and risk management
Proficient in KPI tracking and performance measurement
Knowledge of data quality and analysis (a plus)
Experienced in awareness programs and training
