Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our client, we are looking for a mission in Project Management on a Data Migration subject on IFS.

Missions:
Define and set up the Data Migration Strategy
Define the data migration scope for each Go Live in terms of data requirements (Basic Data BDR, Master Data MDR), Transactional). Manage change in scope requests (CR, impact, plan impacts, communication)
Plan, activity monitoring and progress report to programme management through KPIs
Work closely with the client Data Migration Lead
Confirm responsibilities (review RACI)
Support the client data migration lead in his duty
Strengthen the client relationship using a one-Team approach
Coordinate and monitor contributors activities (IFS vendors, IT resources, functional team members, Business)
Plan activities, estimate workload, team facilitation, produce meeting minutes (D-STUM, W-STUM, workshop business, reporting to client & Capgemini
Risk management (detection, mitigation, etc.)
People management
Adapt team size to work load
Manage functional, tech & devs profiles
Responsible of the deliverable quality produce in his stream: data migration strategy, GDS, DDS, migration job, dell boomi interfaces, data validation
Manage and execute activity hand over during hypercare to the maintenance team
Responsible for Knowledge base update (lessons learn, SharePoint document management, JIRA follow-up)
Monitor on a daily basis the activities of the technical team with a follow up of the Runbooks (MVP1 Angola, CY 54 recreation, soon MVPF), with critical review crossed with Master plan. A deeper line by line review vs plan and rules once a week that will be under your responsibility
Address technical challenges
Maintain the Master plan after review once a week with the complete data team and compared with the Runbook
Data collection to be challenged vs load performed & reconciliation done, the status of the data collection/ load/ validation per environment must be accurately and regularly challenged, controlled and populated
In depth technical review and categorization of the TC findings/ errors in Jira
Propose an acute data migration strategy based on experience and benchmark from similar projects, just started based only on SBM feedback only now

Technical environment:
Fluent in French and English – international project
Integration / Data migration in ERP context
Processes Finance, Asset Maintenance, Project & Supply Chain Management (Nice to have)
