Description de la mission

emagine is looking for a Project Director for one of its Major Clients

Rhythm: 50% of the time at Boston / 50% Suresnes (15 days / 15 days)

Estimated duration: 2 years

Location: Île de France, 92

ROLE :

You will hold the role of Corporate project director US, an ERP SAP 4/HANA launched worldwide, impacting the Finance, IT and Industry perimeters, in a context where US is the first subsidiary of the Group.

The Corporate project director US is accountable, with his/her US counterpart

– Finalize the roadmap

– Prepare the kickoff (this summer)

Everything will go well if:

– The Roadmap is respected

1/ Project execution and monitoring

o Ensure project execution, according to quality, planning, budget & resources from start to end of project review

o Ensure the mastery of the Core Model

o Ensure change management plan, issues management, risk analysis and mitigation plans

o Ensure project reporting and communication (Monthly health Dashboard; Quarterly Group performance Dashboards, …)

o Ensure key Program support documents management (ID Card, Program form, business case…)

o Prepare & lead Steering Committees and drives decision making process

o Prepare & lead the Program Committee

2/ Internal and external stakeholders management

o Ensure ad’hoc communication in case of issue on the Program and global project communication

o Ensure both exchanges and alignment with US team (including integrator)

o Ensure US core team efficiency (all functions included)

o Ensure communication, alignment and cascading with all team members

SKILLS :

· At least one experience in a program director role in a similar program (SAP 4/HANA and US) especially the roll-out phase ideally in the pharmaceutical environment

· Leadership and capability to embark the teams

· Fluent in English; working with US team is a must (we need to have someone who understands the American culture and people)
