Process Modelisation Consultant
We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst / Modeler to design, analyze, and model business processes using ARIS software.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders in Luxembourg and Zurich to develop detailed process models and implement necessary changes. This role also involves supporting the roll-out of global governance initiatives in Europe, particularly in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize ARIS software to design, analyze, and model business processes.
Work with stakeholders in Luxembourg and Zurich to gather requirements and validate process designs.
Create and maintain accurate process models and documentation.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements and changes.
Support the roll-out of global governance within Europe, with a focus on Luxembourg.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Around 12 years of experience in process modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in ARIS software and its applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
In-depth understanding of business processes and operations.
Experience with global governance and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
English is mandatory, knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
