Are you a Coordinator with experience in large IT infrastructure programs?

Then emagine is looking for your skills to support a major global separation program.

Key Skills:

• Program Coordinator/PMO Analyst with over 3 years experience in an international environment

Experience including:

• Security Improvement Plans (SIP)

• Coordination of knowledge transfer and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Management of asset inventory, contracts, licenses, and services

• Creation of operational runbooks and service catalogues

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Proactive and autonomous taking ownership

Key Tasks:

• Detailed documentation of inventory, with volume confirmation, usage location tracking

• ITIL Process Documentation

• Update mapping of service owners

• Update records in LeanIX and BMC/Helix

• One-page summaries of negotiated contracts

• Data and elements required for budget forecasting

• Documented SIP for each contract

• Comprehensive runbooks for each application

• Service catalogues, reporting and KPIs definitions

• Role identification and staffing proposal based on most frequent user request types and volumes

• Records of knowledge transfer sessions with application owners

• Training materials and session summaries

• Documentation of end-user testing processes

• Approval records and feedback from end-users

• Synchronized hand-over plans for each application

• Sign-off documentation for completed hand-overs
