1. Service context and scope:
The Identity Global Products (IGP) department delivers all client products, services and projects. This includes:
• Active Directory Products
• IAM Products
• One Identity program (Global program launched & orchestrated by the client. Its objective is to improve security and efficiency of identity processes across the client environment (authentication, access management, identity storage). It will simplify and automate systems to offer a better user experience as well as an enhanced security and risk management.)
2. Service Deliverables:
• Service to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Service for development and maintenance of the organization’s budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses, allocation of resources, and monitoring performance against plans (Business Case).
• Service to prepare regular financial reports and statements. These reports provide critical insight for the organization’s management decisions.
3. Service deliverables:
Service for Budget steering :
• Service for Department budget forecasting (Multi-year)
• Service for Budget reporting and reviews
• Service for Budget validation drive and monitoring
• Service for Budget and P&L Monitoring • Service to prepare and control financial tool inputs Service for sourcing services:
• Service for sourcing committees’ preparation (requirements collection, entry and monitoring of the requests) • Service for sourcing strategy consolidation Service to support to the procurement operations:
• Service for contract signature monitorization • Service for Purchase Orders requesting • Service for reception requesting
• Service for T&M contractualization monitoring
• Service for renewals preparation and operationalization
• Service for preparation and operationalization monitoring of the SOWs (group internal contracts to operate projects, funding, etc.) Service for Business Case:
• Service provider personnel with update and monitoring expertise
• Service provider personnel with savings monitoring expertise Additional Expertise:
• Service with strong analytical and problem-solving expertise
• Service with International & multi-cultural environment expertise
• Service provider’s personnel with good communication expertise to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
