Contexte of the mission :

The department Business Solutions within Broker Channel and Non Life developments conceives the most appropriate solutions to support business entities (marketing, sales, operations, …)
The main activities of Business Solutions teams are :
– Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization
– Conception and mastering of solutions (ideation, requirements, …)
– Drive delivery of solutions implemented in IT department
– Testing, Delivery and Support of solutions
– Relation management within organization or external to organization
Therefor the Business Solutions management team is looking for a PMO support on a major transformation program

Objective of the mission :

Supporting the (Business Solutions Claims Transformation) management team in program/project
portfolio management (methodology, best practices & standards)
– Structuring Program & Project Roadmaps
– Coordinating operational & tactical program reporting on his own
– Project Budget follow–up
– Project Milestones & Delivery tracking
– Communication coordination across projects
– Program Document management (SharepointTeams)

Required knowledge and experiences 

Quick learner, dare to go into the content
• Good interviewing skills
• Good communicator verbally &in writing
• Well organised, with priority management
• Proactive, solution oriented,
• Good analytic and critical mind, but staying client oriented
• Can organise own work and execute independently with regular
reporting to direct manager
