Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our client, we are looking for a Primavera consultant

Missions:
Schedule analysis and control of PCRs and/or changes/claims to the contracts
Schedule analysis of future contracts
Develop and update DWS in Primavera P6 with relevant progress integrating several sources of information and correct any P6 Log File issues
Ensure that the project critical path and near critical paths remain identifiable and robust
Challenge progress data, document eventual slippage and possible propose recovery actions as appropriate
Perform float trend analysis against selected major performance milestones and outgoing interfaces
Perform detailed data and quality assessment checks on schedules
BCRs/BCPs data entry
Populate all necessary codes and scope statement in Primavera P6
