Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Assist with trade settlement processes, including the confirmation and settlement of trades
Corporate action support
Perform daily cash and position reconciliations
Monitor and investigate any discrepancies that arise during the reconciliation process
Process payments for various transactions including expenses and investments
Support the Operations team in various tasks, including system testing and report generation
Assisting NAV reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely NAV calculations
Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Must have
More than 2 years relevant experience in investment management operations.
Qualifications
2:1 or higher Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
Proficient in VBA or SQL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in finance and accounting
Customer service skills to provide support to internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
