We are looking for an experienced lead software architect to assist in an advanced AI transformation technology projects in the banking field. Our future collaborator must be comfortable designing and developing AI oriented solutions, as well as in tracking project development process. Moreover, our ideal candidate must be highly skilled in information technology and equipped with great problem-solving and leadership abilities. Fluency in multiple programming languages is a must, along with significant knowledge in applications and AI solutions design patterns.
RESPONSABILITIES:
– Understand the needs to define and design robust & efficient application and technical architectural solutions ;
– Participate in the framing of needs and architectural choices considering constraints & risk management ;
– Guarantee the continuous updating of repositories ;
– Organize and maintain a Backlog according to projects’ priorities ;
– Provide support to the solution architecture ;
– Promote the software architecture ;
– Coordinate/evaluate AI Integration aspects ;
– Document architecture functionality components ;
– Maintain and share rules & best practices of information system urbanization ;
– Ensure these rules & best practices are applied by the whole IT team ;
– Be the team’s technical referent by providing proactive instructions as well as provoking efficient interaction within the IT team ;
– Understand market/place developments, regulation & risks ;
– Suggest strategy revisions accordingly to the provided market analysis, about the different activities and integrate them
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
– Holding a Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related field ;
– Significant experience of at least 4 years on developing and designing complex architectures of software applications ;
– Solid experience with the usage of Copilot and Copilot Studio tools ;
– Deep & practical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence development & integration solutions ;
– Experience in putting into place AI use cases ;
– Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages : Java/Python ;
– Strong knowledge in the following architecture framework: TOGAF ;
– Capacity of designing software referenced architectures and software solutions ;
– Professional working proficiency in English and French is mandatory ;
– Experience in the banking industry will be considered as an asset
