NEXTEP IT – IT System & Network Administrator
We’re seeking a skilled individual to join our client’s team and contribute to their goal of achieving network security excellence. Here’s what the position entails:
Your responsibilities
Improving network security by developing access controls, monitoring mechanisms, and evaluation protocols.
Maintaining optimal network performance through comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning, as well as proactive troubleshooting of network issues.
Spearheading innovative strategies for system administration tasks through thorough research and strategic recommendations.
Overseeing system software and hardware management, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Regularly updating and managing inventory of systems hardware and software.
Offering user support and participating in an on-call rotation system.
Your ualifications
A degree in information technology, preferably specializing in systems.
At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in German, French, and English (both spoken and written), with fluency in Luxembourgish considered highly advantageous.
Comprehensive expertise in systems such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, etc.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU.
