NEXTEP IT – IT Business Analyst
Our agency is looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of our clients in the financial sector in Luxembourg.
Tasks
Prepare business requirements and test cases to maintain the current robots (Robotic Process Automation) fit for purpose,
Participate in the meetings with the user community to gather maintenance/enhancement ideas,
Feed a pipeline of further developments and manage the prioritization,
Prepare, coordinate, and execute testing activities (including non-regression tests),
Update/prepare user guide, when necessary,
Assist Business Analysts to find out new potential use cases for RPA-based automation and prepare a cost-benefit analysis for each of them,
Assist Business Analysts to maintain and enhance automated processes based on external technologies (e.g., Hotdocs),
Produce the required project documentation (business case, project charter, detailed requirements, test case document, etc.),
Assist Business Analysts to test the new counterpart management system (Omega project) currently deployed.
Skills required
General IT background, possibly acquired via university/college degree in Information Technology, Finance or Engineering (Bac +3 or more),
Excellent knowledge of Robot Process automation package (e.g., Uipath),
Sound knowledge of financial instruments (Loan – Equity – Guarantee),
Knowledge of defect tracking / ticketing tools,
Mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-Access,
Experience in Business Analysis and testing,
Knowledge of business analysis, process and/or data modelling techniques (e.g., UML).
Languages: French and English
The candidates should be eligible to work in the European Union.
