Cette entreprise est en pleine transition, car elle se sépare de sa société mère, et elle est en train de mettre en place une nouvelle équipe réseau indépendante pour soutenir ce processus.

Are you an experienced professional with a deep understanding of networking services and methods? Do you have a proven track record of setting up and optimizing network departments?

If so, emagine is seeking your expertise to help establish a new network department for a prominent international organization. This company is undergoing a significant transition as it demerges from its parent company, and they are building a new, independent Network team to support this process.

Key Skills:

• Senior Expertise in Run Processes: Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Run processes, tools, and methodologies in a network services environment.

• Deep Knowledge of Networking Services: Strong technical background and deep understanding of networking services, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Firewalls.

• Managed Services Experience: Proven experience working with managed service providers, with the ability to collaborate and manage external partners effectively.

• Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex projects, particularly in setting up new departments or services within a large organization.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Partners and Internal Teams: Work closely with external partners providing managed services, as well as internal stakeholders such as Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and the Helpdesk team, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

• Design and Build Run Processes: Develop and implement robust Run processes for all network-related services, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Firewalls. Ensure these processes align with industry best practices and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Establish Network Services: Help create and define new network services that will support the organization’s operational needs post-demerger. This includes setting up processes, tools, and methodologies that will be foundational to the network department’s success.

• Methodology Implementation: Lead the implementation of methods and tools that will be used across the network services, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s goals.

• Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of network services and processes, leveraging your deep knowledge of networking services and managed service frameworks.
