Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Core Developers to join our dynamic team. As a Senior .NET Core Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server. You will leverage your expertise to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that meet business needs and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.

Missions:
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, .Net Core Web API, Rest API, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular and C#. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performing database tuning.
Cloud Integration: Leverage Azure Cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.
Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Share knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.

Technical environment:
Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, .Net Core Web API and Rest API, JavaScript, and C#
Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and writing complex queries
Good have Angular, NodeJS, HTML5
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server
