We are looking for Junior / medior Java Backend Developer to join a fast-paced, high-performing development team for a well-known Bank in Luxembourg.
Missions
Participate in the delivery of production-ready features as part of cross-functional Scrum teams
Contribute to the definition, development, and deployment of innovative solutions that strengthen our software solution portfolio
Provide guidance and coaching to junior developers in line with your expertise
Profile
You have between 3 to 5 years of experience as a Java backend developer, preferably in the financial sector
A deep understanding of Java and the surrounding ecosystem
Experience working with a selection of modern backend and frontend technologies (Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, jQuery)
Curiosity and enthusiasm for open-source software
Angular experience is a welcome bonus
Familiarity with professional software development environments, tools, and methodologies, including version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and containerized deployments
Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested object-oriented code
Web design skills that enhance full-stack development capabilities
